El Phenomenon

One of the greatest football players of all time and World Cup winner Ronaldo Luis Nazario de Lima has never won the most prestigious trophy in Europe despite the fact that he was named for Player of the Year award for three times. He won UEFA Cup in 1998 with Inter Milan and scored unforgettable goal. "El phenomenon" played for 5 European teams in his career (PSV, Barcelona, Inter, Real Madrid, Milan) and he scored 49 goals in European competitions. He also scored 62 goals for Brazil national team in 98 appearances.

Non-flying Dutchman:

He was the one of the best midfielders during the late 90's and early 2000's. He started his football career in Ajax youth academy and got signed by Inter in 1993. After his not really successful career in Italy he move to Arsenal in 1995 where he became a legend. He won three Premier League and four FA Cup titles with the Gunners. He scored 87 goals for Arsenal in 315 games and was part of Arsenal's team that didn't lose a single game in season 2002/2003.

Ibrakadabra:

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is the only player who has won domestic title with 6 different teams (Ajax, Juventus, Inter, Barcelona, Milan, PSG). He played in the Champions League with all these teams but he couldn't reach semi-finals of this prestigious competition. When it comes to his national team Sweden, he recently became best all-time scorer with 50 goals. Currently he plays for Paris Saint-Germain and he scored 61 goals in 70 games.

Gigi the Superman:

Arguably one of the world's best goalkeepers today despite his age. Italian legend won many awards and competitions in his career but he never got his hands on the Champions League trophy. He was close once as his team Juventus lost the finals against AC Milan after penalty shootout. He was the key figure of World Cup 2006 when Italy won the title against France. He even managed to win the Footballer of the Year Award in 2003 which is rare for a goalkeeper.

The King of Rome:

Francesco Totti is one of the most loyal players in the history of football. He started his career in Roma in 1992 and never left the team despite many offers from world's best clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester United. He is currently second best scorer in Sere A in history, top Roma goalscorer and most capped player in club's history, but he was never close to win UEFA Champions League. He scored 235 goals for Roma so far in 564 appearances.
